It depends on floor area, ceiling height, orientation and insulation. As a rough guide, a room up to about 25 m² usually needs around 9,000 BTU and 25–35 m² around 12,000 BTU — we work out the exact capacity during the visit.
A split unit for a home is usually installed within the day. For multi-split and commercial systems, the timeline is written into the quote.
